Delete your BabyKids account
In the app
Open More → My account → Delete my account, enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
On the website
Sign in and open My account, then use Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
Can't sign in?
Ask the centre to delete your account. Contact: BabyKids, 39 Papaya Crescent, Voivoi Industrial, Nadi, Fiji. We delete verified requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name, email address, phone number, password, sign-in sessions, notification tokens and your links to your children are removed. You will no longer be able to sign in.
What we keep
Records the centre must keep for care, safety and accounting stay on file but are no longer linked to you by name: invoices and payments, incident reports, and messages in a child's conversation (shown as “Deleted user”). Your child's own records belong to the centre; ask the centre if you also want them deleted.
